ESN Play With - Closing Pool Party

Signore e Signori,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

la trepidante attesa è ormai giunta al termine.

è con immenso piacere che ESN Cagliari invita voi tutti a partecipare al più grande dei suoi eventi: l’ESN Play With + Closing Pool Party 2016!

Non prendete nessun impegno per Venerdì 24 Giugno: quello che vi aspetta è molto di più che una semplice festa in piscina!
A partire dalle 18.00 saranno DODICI ORE di ricordi, giochi e musica di vario genere, per festeggiare in pieno stile ESN la fine di un altro bellissimo anno insieme!

Ma ecco nel dettaglio cosa succederà durante la serata:

• Dalle 18.00 alle 21.00 Sunset DJ set;

• Dalle 21 alle 21.30 ESN Erasmus Awards con elezioni di Miss & Mr Erasmus ed ESN 2016;

• Dalle 21.30 alle 00.00 PLAY WITH: il concerto live della band The Matrangaz insieme ai nostri talentuosissimi Erasmus ed ESNrs che saliranno sul palco da cantanti e/o musicisti;

• Dalle 00.00 DJ Set fino all’alba con i nostri insostituibili DJs.

La location prescelta sarà il BORDERLINE (per l’occasione trasformato in un’isola delle Hawaii), presso la Cittadella Universitaria a Sestu (CA).

Per gli Erasmus saranno riservate delle navette che partiranno dalla Stazione Marittima con cadenza ogni 30 minuti (annunceremo se ci dovessero essere posti rimanenti).

Per ESN/Erasmus: Contributo Associativo di €13 che comprendono 4 Drink (+ Sangria di benvenuto dalle 18 alle 20) + Free Food + Bus
Per gli ospiti: Contributo Associativo di €16 che comprendono 4 Drink (+ Sangria di benvenuto  dalle 18 alle 20) + Free Food

Bar Interno con contributo Associativo:  

• 4 Drink a €10

• 4 Birre a  €5

Bar Interno con Free Entry :

• 2 Drink + 1 Shot a €10

• 2 Birre + 1 Shot a  €5

Sarà possibile dare il contributo associativo nel nostro ufficio in via San Giorgio 12 la settimana prima dell’evento.

the eagerly wait is finally over.

It’s with immense pleasure that ESN Cagliari invites you all to join us for its biggest event: ESN Play With + Closing Pool Party 2016!

Do not book any appointment for Friday 24th June: what you’lll be attending is way more than a simple pool party!
Starting from 6pm there will be TWELVE HOURS of memories, games and music of all genres to celebrate the end of another amazing year in full ESN style!

But here is what is going to happen in detail during the party:

• from 6pm to 9pm Sunset DJ Set;

• from 9pm to 9:30pm ESN Erasmus Awards with the election of Miss&Mr Erasmus and ESN 2016;

• from 9pm to 00:00 PLAY WITH: the live concert of the Matrangaz along with our talentuous Erasmus and ESNers who will go on stage as singers and/or musicians;

• from 00:00 until sunrise DJ Set with our irreplaceable DJs.

The chosen location is going to be the BORDERLINE (that for this special occasion is going to be transformed into an Hawaiian island), close to Cittadella Universitaria of Sestu (CA).

There are going to be buses reserved for the Erasmus that will leave from Stazione Marittima every 30 minutes (we will announce if there are going to be places available).

For guests: Membership Subsidy of €16 comprehensive of 4 Drinks (+ Welcome Sangria from 18 until 20) + Free Food

Bar with Membership Subsidy:

Bar with Free Entry :

• 2 Drinks + 1 Shot for €10

• 2 Beers + 1 Shot for  €5

It will be possible to pay for the membership subsidy at our office via San Giorgio 12 the week before the event.
